About Lucy

Lucy has 20 years’ experience in UK and international HR, with particular specialism in reward and benefits, recruitment and shared services (including payroll) in companies employing over 50 staff. Her in-house experience has shaped and developed HR at Board level.
Lucy’s executive search credentials cover identifying and attracting key senior individuals for a wide range of businesses. Her industry experience includes financial services, technology and retail. She strives to ensure that she makes a difference to the business, by keeping support simple, relevant and effective. Lucy prides herself on her integrity, attention to detail and pragmatic ‘can do’ attitude.
